Refund policy

Immediately open and inspect tubers/cuttings upon receiving. There will be no refunds for tubers/cuttings left in box/neglected for a long period of time. If there are any issues with your tubers please email within 5 days of receiving them with pictures and/or concerns. I will refund if there is any disease within this 5 days window. If emailed after 5 days there will likely be no refunds. No refunds will be issued for neglected tubers/cuttings. No refunds will be issued after planting. Keep tubers in a dry, cool dark room until ready to plant to prevent rot. You can email with any questions or concerns
